We are in the process of applying an Aqua Dam at the property. So far this has been a tremendously successful project.
Water is being pumped out of the building allowing access to the garage and to first floor homes towards Eldridge.
This is the first time such a measure has ever been taken in Houston for apartments. Please come by or check in with us.
For deposit refunds, we are needing forwarding or a permanent address.
We also need releases to remove the unsalvageable items in the first-floor apartment homes so we can do the remediation.
We are working on installing fans and dehumidifiers as well.
If you need supplies for your new home, please come by and let us know. We have a full team working on the goodwill side as well.
We have new items and pallets of food available. No furniture.
