I just moved here I am a new resident and I absolutely love it great apartment that is clean and well maintained. Glad to be part of 770 and would recommend my co-workers and friends to join me here. Experiencing greatness.I’ve lived here for 3 years now and unfortunately have to move for my new job. The management and maintenance staff are amazing, friendly and extremely professional. The staff has made this place truly feel like home, they treat me as if I were family. For 3 years I’ve put in maintenance request of small things like a light out and it’s always fixed within 24hrs, typically within an hour or two. There’s a ton of apartments in this area but I promise you won’t find a staff this excellent, they’ve made my life easier and for that I’m thankful.Tania at Smart City helped me to find this apartment complex and I’m so thankful!! I really love it here! It’s quiet, the residents are nice, and everyone who works in the office has been so helpful! If you need an apartment, I recommend living here or checking out Smart City for additional help! 🙂

The staff is always nice! Other tenants are respectable and the Apt complex and hallway are always clean, and only 2 lights from the FreeWay, top of the parking garage also has a very good view of the city

Very nice apartments! My close friend moved here a couple of months ago! It’s in a great location, there are good restaurants and shopping close by!

Amazing move in experience. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to help me out virtually, gave me a tour of the complex through FaceTime, and just made the entire apartment hunting process easy on me (I was moving in from another state).

I had the privilege of staying here for 18 months and I loved staying here! The amenities are kept up and really clean. Management is quick with their responses. If I wasn’t so far from friends and family, I would have renewed my lease.

I love 7 Seventy! The amenities are great. I like the coffee maker the most, and the gym! Gabriella is amazing in the office. The entire maintenance staff is so friendly. I referred one of my friends here and she’s moving in next month. I have another good friend who also lives here and we moved from another Francis Property. I truly love living here!!  The ONLY thing I could say, ONLY, and it’s a stretch, definitely not a reason to move. but it’s near a fire station. Just a detail to note when making a decision.

The environment is nice with the swimming pool, patio area and the gym.  The concierge service is very convenient.  More importantly the staff is helpful.

I’ve lived in Houston since 2014 and the resident service that I’ve received during my time here at 770 from maintenance all the way to the property manager is unmatched by any apartment complex. I’ve been a tenant for a little over 2 years and I’m still blown away at how much they genuinely care.

A really lovely peaceful and quiet surrounding. Pet friendly. Rooms have enough space. And easy to get around.

With all Amenities provided and great service for shipments customer service is always amazing they are all very helpful hostess recently they did have a convenience store but unfortunately is gone but that was one best thing other than that they offer 24hr pool table which a coffee station and private rooms including the fitness area

770 is the place to be.  It is centrally located with food and fun within walking distance.  The apartments do not feel like apartments, rather like a home.  The parking is perfect and covered in a parking garage – don’t need an umbrella here!  The facilities are phenomenal, especially the pool!     The staff is amazing and the maintenance folks are the best!  I wouldn’t want to live at any other apartment complex.  770 feels like home!

I recommend this community to anyone looking for lavish lifestyle with the perks of an awesome management team. Maintenance is fast. Staff is friendly. Pool and other amenities are always clean. COVID precautions have been great. Halls and stairwells always smell clean. Mailroom is behind locked door and there’s a package locker system.The staff is amazing.  Julie, Gabby, and Noemi all take great care of you tending to your residential needs. They are always polite and welcoming and give you an almost familial vibe. The amenities are always clean and presentable and the gym has pretty much everything you need for a complete workout if that’s what you’re in to. Any maintenance issues I’ve had, are taken care of almost instantly. Overall I have had an amazing experience in my 10 month stay here and highly recommend living here!!!

We just renew our lease for another 12 months. We like it here all is good management residents and location Maintenance are so good once I request something they are there.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It becomes difficult being confined to one space at times, but there’s no place I’d rather be.

Shab helped us make the decision to move here, but once we saw our apartment, the decision was made. We love where we live!

I’ve been living here since December and I’ve had nothing but a great experience. I came from an absolute terrible complex and was worried I was going to go through that again. When I moved in, they were extremely helpful and had everything ready for me. I’ve put quite a few maintenance request in that have been answered the SAME day with a solution.

The pool is extremely nice – sun screen is left out in case you need some last minute. The gym area is my favorite! Enough space to do whatever is needed. I’m getting the same workout in that I was in the gym prior to COVID. We even have spin bikes in the yoga room.

770s customer service is literally the best thing. They have gone out of their way to make sure I’m good!

Stayed here and couldn’t believe how well kept and nice the building was. It was always very peaceful, and the building was very secure. Anytime I needed help with anything Gabrielle would go above and beyond to help me. If you are looking to move to the energy corridor 7seventy is definitely the place to be!We didn’t end up signing here due to us really not finding the floor plans to make sense to us personally. That being said, it’s a lovely complex, in a lovely area, with everything so conveniently located, and absolutely amazing staff. Gabriella was the lady assisting us and she did just that. She assisted. When many of the complexes you come across, the people are trying to SELL you for their own benefit and not looking out for your interest, she was completely different. She was very kind, vocal, clear, happy, bubbly, smiley, and genuinely looked like she was having so much fun. It made the viewing experience feel so much better, especially when you’re apartment hunting and going through 3-7 apartments a week. By far she was the best person we encountered and it’s unfortunate we couldn’t sign with them. Please keep it up! People notice!!

We’ve been living here for over 2.5 years now and the people who work here are some of the nicest people and they always help us with anything that we need and answer any questions. Also the maintenance people are so nice and they’ve helped us with any maintenance issue that we’ve had in our apartment, which was 3 or 4 times over the course of 2.5 years which is amazing! And on top of the amazing staff and the maintenance crew, the apartments are luxurious and the downstairs has pool table, coffee machine that has all the coffees you can want, and the pool area gives you the feeling that you’re like in Hawaii because of all the trees and the environment. I highly recommend the 770 Apartments for anyone who’s considering moving 🙂

I have lived at 770 since before Harvey and have loved it so much! The staff has always been professional, kind, empathetic and so helpful! Julie, Noemi and Gabriela provide great communication to the residents. The maintenance staff is wonderful, timely, very trustworthy and detail oriented. They truly care about the property. I use all of the amenities frequently especially the gym and it is clean and contains every piece of equipment you would want for a great workout. The property also offers classes like boot camp free of charge to the residents. They have great community events and a food truck weekly. My apartment was beautiful and the property is in a great location. Terry Hershey Park is in walking distance and offers miles of trails for walking, running and Biking. I will miss living here very much. I am so grateful I got the opportunity. I highly recommend 770 to anyone looking for a great HOME!

I have been living here for 3 months and quite happy living here. Location is great. No noisy neighbor. The appliances were nearly brand new. No bugs no cockroaches at all! The management, and the maintenance, the apartment complex guards, all personnel are always welcome and they are problem solvers. I like the luxer one package lockers you do not need to ask your package to management, it is available for you in locker 24/7.  The sports center is quite large and you can find various equipment and they are all working. There are 2 entrance and exit to/ from 770. You can use either the one at Eldridge Pkwy or Memorial Dr. So exit/ entrance is quite good. I like American billiard at the entrance and the business centers. The printer is always ready. The other residents are nice to each other as I observe. I like the water with lemon and fiber chocolate bars at the entrance on weekends. There are lots of parking lots at each floors and extra floors for your guests. Nice apartment to live in Houston, Energy Corridor.!

Julie lived up to her words, everything she said she would do, she did.  Her kindness, comfort, honesty, and wealth of knowledge regarding the property, area, and the application process was Amazing. This is my daughters first apartment, and I am happy that she made the choice to move forward with this property. The aesthetics of the property was a delight to see. First let me start by saying the ladies in the leasing office are amazing! I took the apartment tour from Noemi, who was patient, kind and very helpful throughout the entire process. Gabriela (leasing agent) also helped me by answering the 1 million questions that I had that I prob should’ve asked before I moved in. The maintenance men cleared my lists of things that needed attention within 24hrs. I’m looking forward to making this place my home for the foreseeable future. Long story short they care and have excellent customer service.

My wife and I lived at 7 Seventy for two years. We recently moved because we purchased a home. This apartment complex was awesome and we are so glad we chose to live here! All the staff were always very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Such a beautiful property, 24-hour amenities, has a very nice pool and courtyard, excellent customer service and in a great location near restaurants, shopping centers, and right off I10.

We moved in a couple of months ago and so far we really like living at 7Seventy. The apartments are very comfortable and modern and we love the facilities (e.g. pool, gym, business center). We did the whole leasing process with Nancy Vasquez. She has been always very helpful whenever we have inquired.

I just love the building and great customer service

I highly recommend 7 Seventy Apartments. This place is always very well kept, clean, and never any disturbances. The staff is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. It is also very convenient that it is right off I-10. During traffic hour, all areas of west Houston can get a bit congested, so this is a huge plus for me.  Plan on staying here for quite some time.

Been resident for 9 months and hope to continue to stay if the yearly lease is kept at same rate. The property is always kept up to date and cleaned throughout the day. The maintenance keeps great care of property and they seem to know what they are doing. I stay on the pool view and they clean the pool everyday in morning and it is crystal clear no matter winter or summer seasons. The property staff are well knowledge of the property and always welcome you in the office to talk if you have any concerning issues about the property. Parking is only for residents on floors 1-5, and every level do have signs what level they are on so you won’t get towed. All garage levels are elevator friendly through out all floors for everyone. They have pool tables, nice clean gym, and yoga room as amenities. The location is walking distance to cvs and to the entrance to bike trail park and to many other surrounding area restaurants. There is a security every night that’s comes in around 7 or 8 at night that patrols the property overnight.

I been living in this apartment for 4 years with no problems from management. The apartments are wonderful and convenient for everyone. Anything that breaks the maintenance come immediately. I give this apartment 10/10.

Amazing place! Fantastic amenities! I love the resident events the office team puts together for us!! Keeps the community vibe thing alive!! The whole team from the manager to the maintenance they are there for me anytime I’ve needed them. Even if I just want to go chit chat for a little while when they are in the office I feel comfortable knowing whoever is available will give me time. When my fridge went out, the maintenance tech came out within a couple hours and got it fixed right away! I for sure would recommend this place if someone I knew was looking for a new apartment.

So I’ve been a resident since 2016, office staff has changed, Harvey came and went, but other than dealing with the frustration of construction of the rebuild which is now finally pretty much over from what I can tell… I’ve had a great experience!!  The new staff including the manager and leasing are friendly and always willing to help when needed! I’ve heard some grief about parking and towing recently by some neighbors but it seems simple to me. Just read the multiple notifications they have been sending out and there won’t be any issues. But as a resident that actually really likes where I live I thought I’d share a positive review for all the hard work this property team gives! Maintenance is superb too, they are friendly and quick to take care of my work orders.

As a current resident of this great community, I must say I enjoy living here. The management team is outstanding. They are always attentive and every time I walk into the office, they are welcoming and extend the offer to assist. Any time I have an issue with my unit, the maintenance team come to the rescue immediately. My AC unit went out ON CHRISTMAS and someone came out to fix it without hesitation. The management team is ALWAYS having functions to bring the community closer together. Gabby is a good representation of how to lead a team. She manages well and always smiling. Nancy and Chelsea are very friendly and are conversational. The amenities are open 24/7 for our convenience. We also have a workout guy that helps us with workout tips and trainings. I am new to Houston and this place is my first place of residence and I am happy to say I didn’t make a mistake.

This apartment complex has the most amazing service I have ever experienced. They always answer the phones and are very nice and accommodating. I felt important to them. Chelsea is amazing!! Lease with her!!

I just have to say that this apartment and its staff is outstanding. Raven helped me in a time when I had a limited period and she did everything she could to find the best and fastest option for me to move. I really appreciate good service and good people. Im not one to write reviews but I just have never had an experience like this. I felt like I was genuinely cared about and was made a priority. I am very blessed to have met this wonderful woman when I did because she took so much stress off my shoulders and gave me such a sense of comfort in this community. I am very proud to now call it my home.

Honestly this is the nicest apartment I’ve seen in a while. The residents are so helpful. Security is visible and also helpful. Raven is Amazing she’s the assistant manager and she helped me through the whole process. She expedited the process since I had to move the same week. Zabrina (the manager) was also very helpful and direct with me. I feel like I can ask her anything. Noemi (leasing consultant) also helped to make sure everything was ready before moving in! Kevin helped me to sign my lease! Honestly it was definitely a team effort! There is unity in the staff and you can really tell. They all help each other out! I just moved in yesterday and. I feel like part of the family already! Ok so about the apartment, I had 3 minor things wrong with the apartment upon moving in. For example the water filter needed to be replaced and I needed them to patch the paint on the front door. I told them at 9 am went out and by 12 all three things were done! JUST WOW! Everywhere is so clean! Even the garage! Complimentary tea and coffee! Pool and courtyard is exceptional! Honestly, I already know I will resign my lease! The business center has both iMacs and PC’s. They also have a conference room that you can reserve. Most importantly EVERYTHING except the pool is open 24/7!I LOVE THIS PLACE.

The office staff was very courteous and friendly.  Raven was my favorite.  She went over and beyond for the even the smallest things like getting a package for me a few minutes after the office was officially closed.

Great apartments, with easy access to the Buffalo Bayou, City Centre, and a great selection of local restaurants.  Office team are great, and Raven did a great job when I initially visited, and throughout the lease and move in process.

Amazing Community in the heart of the Energy Corridor!!

If your looking for an apartment in the Energy Corridor I recommend this beautiful midrise. They have a great management staff and I love the convenience of their attached parking garage. Right at Eldridge and I-10 but far enough back to be quiet and peaceful.

If you want a great apartment near Katy or the Energy Corridor this is definitely it.

I have been here in the Houston area working on a work assignment for the last several months and haven’t had the chance to meet many people while working and traveling but I must say the girls in the office have been so friendly and have helped me so much with helping me find my way! The apartment was exactly everything I thought it would be and I am almost sad that my lease is coming to an end…….every time I have had a request the girls have made sure I am taken care of and the place overall is maintained very well….. I will definitely refer anyone from my company to this complex in the future……thanks for all you guys have done for me!!!!

I recently relocated for NC the transition has been so smooth. The staff is awesome and I looked at a lot of apartments in the energy corridor area. This was by far offering the best rates and the apartment look pretty new and clean. The only thing I wish I could change is valet trash, but after a while you get us to it. Also if your from NC, no set company*Duke power you have to research different electric companies.

This is a great apartment outside the loop in Houston. The common areas are always kept clean, it has it’s own parking garage and the staff is always super helpful and nice. You can pick from two different features (granite or quartz, glass tile or stone backsplash) for the apartment so you can pick the style you like. It’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in the area (Memorial Mall is only a 5 minute drive away). Overall it’s a great apartment!

I have lived in 7 Seventy for six months and have really enjoyed it! The building, lobby, and pool areas are beautiful, feels like living in a five star luxury resort. Everyone in the leasing and management office are extremely nice and always greet you with a smile. The building is very well maintained and clean. I always look forward to seeing the staff and maintenance crew each morning for laughs and fresh coffee in the coffee bar, much better than Starbucks. Any issues get taken care of promptly. All the tenants are very friendly, access and parking are excellent. I am having fun here and plan on staying a good while. James Trinidad is so awesome with all the residents. He is definitely customer service oriented! 🙂

Being in the heart of this desirable area, 7 Seventy is the jewel of the Energy Corridor for apartment living! From its clean, modern architectural exterior to its beautiful contemporary living spaces, 7 Seventy has definitely been the best choice for me and my family to call home! My wife and I fell in love with the complex the moment we walked in for our tour. The property was roughly 50% complete as construction was still present, but what we saw was already more than enough to convince us to sign on the dotted line! Our focus was to live somewhere brand new and was spacious enough for our infant son to grow into. We moved in at the beginning of August 2014 and have not been disappointed. The staff that works inside the leasing office are always greeting us with a smile and are very courteous and professional. If I ever have a question or concern, they are always willing to listen and act on it in a very timely manner. We’ve had our share of service requests for our unit, and the quality of work from the maintenance department has always been acceptable and completed in a timely manner. The apartment complex is a great place to live. From the 24 hour fitness center and 24 hour business center, to the comfortable community living area and pool table, 7 Seventy always has something to offer its residences. The outdoor pool and courtyard areas are definitely great spots to treat our guests, who are always impressed with where we live. Our apartment is a very spacious, two bedroom unit. We hardly ever have to turn on our lights as plenty of natural light fills our home. All of the appliances and fixtures are new and modern. High ceilings and plenty of wall space can be found in every room. My wife fell in love with the kitchen, especially the spacious counter that runs 12 feet long! Compared to our previous apartment home, we have found ourselves spending more time in our new home and cooking a lot more meals (versus the daily routine of eating out). This property offers some nice perks! The parking garage has been a nice addition to our living experience, compared to just parking your vehicle outside on a lot. The pick-up trash service is always convenient and the monthly resident activities are always a great way to meet new residents! The management tries to get a food truck to stop by at least once or twice a month. Overall, I would recommend this property (and have quite often) to anyone looking for a change of scenery in their living situation. This property and its wonderful team at the leasing center has made it easy to call 7 Seventy home for myself and my family!

I did my research so I had an idea what to look and ask for. Noise and pets being that this apartment is new it had all the bells and whistles. However, some patio don’t have storage and you aren’t guaranteed granite countertops. I ended up loving the quartz (paid less) and I actually have a view of memorial and I don’t hear noise. Overall I like the staff the apartment is awesome. Happy I made this home so far.

I have been living here at 7Seventy for 10 months and have really enjoyed my stay. Office staff very nice, especially Gabriela, Naomi, and when I first moved in Chelsea helped me out, and she was very helpful, but she has moved on, but I still wanted to mention her name. Great hospitality, beautiful property, luxury living…love it. Only thing I’d say is traffic tends to speed in garage and I think that can be controlled if they had speed bumps to slow cars down a bit, and yes there are some minor things like the neighbors upstairs stomping/walking hard but that has nothing to do with management. Maintenance is great and very efficient, friendly and very fast and responsive. Love my place but I’m moving out when lease is up due to personal reasons….I highly recommend living at the 7Seventy apartments. Great staff…Great maintenance… upscale community…..Thank you!! Pat T.

I don’t live on property, however I am a vendor that is contracted through 7 Seventy to do pest control. I have been doing this service on property for over a year now. Why am I writing this review? I just want to let future residents know that the staff @ 7 Seventy have treated me from the beginning with absolute respect and courtesy. I still service their property and not only have we gotten to know each other on a first name basis, they make you feel like a close family member as well. That’s how Julie, Noemie and the other leasing agents respond to your concerns. When family ask you for assistance you do it, same as 7 Seventy staff, You ask and they do it. Keep it up guys.

I have been living here for 3 months and quite happy living here. Location is great. No noisy neighbor. The appliances were nearly brand new. No bugs no cockroaches at all! The management, and the maintenance, the apartment complex guards, all personnel are always welcome and they are problem solvers. I like the Luxer One package lockers you do not need to ask your package to management, it is available for you in locker 24/7. The sports center is quite large and you can find various equipment and they are all working. There are 2 entrance and exit to/ from 770. You can use either the one at Eldridge Pkwy or Memorial Dr. So exit/ entrance is quite good. I like American billiard at the entrance and the business centers. The printer is always ready. The other residents are nice to each other as I observe. I like the water with lemon and fiber chocolate bars at the entrance on weekends. There are lots of parking lots at each floors and extra floors for your guests. Nice apartment to live in Houston, Energy Corridor.!

As a current resident of this great community, I must say I enjoy living here. The management team is outstanding. They are always attentive and every time I walk into the office, they are welcoming and extend the offer to assist. Any time I have an issue with my unit, the maintenance team come to the rescue immediately. My AC unit went out ON CHRISTMAS and someone came out to fix it without hesitation. The management team is ALWAYS having functions to bring the community closer together. Gabby is a good representation of how to lead a team. She manages well and always smiling. Nancy and Chelsea are very friendly and are conversational. The amenities are open 24/7 for our convenience. We also have a workout guy that helps us with workout tips and trainings. I am new to Houston and this place is my first place of residence and I am happy to say I didn’t make a mistake.

So I’ve been a resident since 2016, office staff has changed, Harvey came and went, but other than dealing with the frustration of construction of the rebuild which is now finally pretty much over from what I can tell… I’ve had a great experience! ! The new staff including the manager and leasing are friendly and always willing to help when needed! Ive heard some grief about parking and towing recently by some neighbors but it seems simple to me. Just read the multiple notifications they have been sending out and there won’t be any issues. But as a resident that actually really likes where I live I thought I’d share a positive review for all the hard work this property team gives! Maintenance is superb too, they are friendly and quick to take care of my work orders.

I just moved here I am a new resident and I absolutely love it great apartment that is clean and well maintained. Glad to be part of 770 and would recommend my co-workers and friends to join me here. Experiencing greatness.I’ve lived here for 3 years now and unfortunately have to move for my new job. The management and maintenance staff are amazing, friendly and extremely professional. The staff has made this place truly feel like home, they treat me as if I were family. For 3 years I’ve put in maintenance request of small things like a light out and it’s always fixed within 24hrs, typically within an hour or two. There’s a ton of apartments in this area but I promise you won’t find a staff this excellent, they’ve made my life easier and for that I’m thankful.

Tania at Smart City helped me to find this apartment complex and I’m so thankful!! I really love it here! It’s quiet, the residents are nice, and everyone who works in the office has been so helpful! Very nice apartments! My close friend moved here a couple of months ago! It’s in a great location, there are good restaurants and shopping close by!

Amazing move in experience. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to help me out virtually, gave me a tour of the complex through FaceTime, and just made the entire apartment hunting process easy on me (I was moving in from another state).

I had the privilege of staying here for 18 months and I loved staying here! The amenities are kept up and really clean. Management is quick with their responses. If I wasn’t so far from friends and family, I would have renewed my lease.

I love 7 Seventy! The amenities are great. I like the coffee maker the most, and the gym! Gabriella is amazing in the office. The entire maintenance staff is so friendly. I referred one of my friends here and she’s moving in next month. I have another good friend who also lives here and we moved from another Francis Property. I truly love living here!! The ONLY thing I could say, ONLY, and it’s a stretch, definitely not a reason to move. but it’s near a fire station. Just a detail to note when making a decision.

I’ve lived in Houston since 2014 and the resident service that I’ve received during my time here at 770 from maintenance all the way to the property manager is unmatched by any apartment complex. I’ve been a tenant for a little over 2 years and I’m still blown away at how much they genuinely care.

With all Amenities provided and great service for shipments customer service is always amazing they are all very helpful hostess recently they did have a convenience store but unfortunately is gone but that was one best thing other than that they offer 24hr pool table which a coffee station and private rooms including the fitness area

770 is the place to be. It is centrally located with food and fun within walking distance. The apartments do not feel like apartments, rather like a home. The parking is perfect and covered in a parking garage – don’t need an umbrella here! The facilities are phenomenal, especially the pool! The staff is amazing and the maintenance folks are the best! I wouldn’t want to live at any other apartment complex. 770 feels like home!

Julie, Gabby, and Noemi all take great care of you tending to your residential needs. They are always polite and welcoming and give you an almost familial vibe. The amenities are always clean and presentable and the gym has pretty much everything you need for a complete workout if that’s what you’re in to. Any maintenance issues I’ve had, are taken care of almost instantly. Overall I have had an amazing experience in my 10 month stay here and highly recommend living here!!!

I’ve been living here since December and I’ve had nothing but a great experience. I came from an absolute terrible complex and was worried I was going to go through that again. When I moved in, they were extremely helpful and had everything ready for me. I’ve put quite a few maintenance request in that have been answered the SAME day with a solution.

The pool is extremely nice – sun screen is left out in case you need some last minute. The gym area is my favorite! Enough space to do whatever is needed. I’m getting the same workout in that I was in the gym prior to COVID. We even have spin bikes in the yoga room.

770s customer service is literally the best thing. They have gone out of their way to make sure I’m good!

Stayed here and couldn’t believe how well kept and nice the building was. It was always very peaceful, and the building was very secure. Anytime I needed help with anything Gabrielle would go above and beyond to help me. If you are looking to move to the energy corridor 7seventy is definitely the place to be!We didn’t end up signing here due to us really not finding the floor plans to make sense to us personally. That being said, it’s a lovely complex, in a lovely area, with everything so conveniently located, and absolutely amazing staff. Gabriella was the lady assisting us and she did just that. She assisted. When many of the complexes you come across, the people are trying to SELL you for their own benefit and not looking out for your interest, she was completely different. She was very kind, vocal, clear, happy, bubbly, smiley, and genuinely looked like she was having so much fun. It made the viewing experience feel so much better, especially when you’re apartment hunting and going through 3-7 apartments a week. By far she was the best person we encountered and it’s unfortunate we couldn’t sign with them. Please keep it up! People notice!!

We’ve been living here for over 2.5 years now and the people who work here are some of the nicest people and they always help us with anything that we need and answer any questions. Also the maintenance people are so nice and they’ve helped us with any maintenance issue that we’ve had in our apartment, which was 3 or 4 times over the course of 2.5 years which is amazing! And on top of the amazing staff and the maintenance crew, the apartments are luxurious and the downstairs has pool table, coffee machine that has all the coffees you can want, and the pool area gives you the feeling that you’re like in Hawaii because of all the trees and the environment. I highly recommend the 770 Apartments for anyone who’s considering moving 🙂

I have lived at 770 since before Harvey and have loved it so much! The staff has always been professional, kind, empathetic and so helpful! Julie, Noemi and Gabriela provide great communication to the residents. The maintenance staff is wonderful, timely, very trustworthy and detail oriented. They truly care about the property. I use all of the amenities frequently especially the gym and it is clean and contains every piece of equipment you would want for a great workout. The property also offers classes like boot camp free of charge to the residents. They have great community events and a food truck weekly. My apartment was beautiful and the property is in a great location. Terry Hershey Park is in walking distance and offers miles of trails for walking, running and Biking. I will miss living here very much. I am so grateful I got the opportunity. I highly recommend 770 to anyone looking for a great HOME!

I have been living here for 3 months and quite happy living here. Location is great. No noisy neighbor. The appliances were nearly brand new. No bugs no cockroaches at all! The management, and the maintenance, the apartment complex guards, all personnel are always welcome and they are problem solvers. I like the luxer one package lockers you do not need to ask your package to management, it is available for you in locker 24/7. The sports center is quite large and you can find various equipment and they are all working. There are 2 entrance and exit to/ from 770. You can use either the one at Eldridge Pkwy or Memorial Dr. So exit/ entrance is quite good. I like American billiard at the entrance and the business centers. The printer is always ready. The other residents are nice to each other as I observe. I like the water with lemon and fiber chocolate bars at the entrance on weekends. There are lots of parking lots at each floors and extra floors for your guests. Nice apartment to live in Houston, Energy Corridor.!

First let me start by saying the ladies in the leasing office are amazing! I took the apartment tour from Noemi, who was patient, kind and very helpful throughout the entire process. Gabriela (leasing agent) also helped me by answering the 1 million questions that I had that I prob should’ve asked before I moved in. The maintenance men cleared my lists of things that needed attention within 24hrs. I’m looking forward to making this place my home for the foreseeable future. Long story short they care and have excellent customer service.

My wife and I lived at 7 Seventy for two years. We recently moved because we purchased a home. This apartment complex was awesome and we are so glad we chose to live here! Such a beautiful property, 24-hour amenities, has a very nice pool and courtyard, excellent customer service and in a great location near restaurants, shopping centers, and right off I10.

We moved in a couple of months ago and so far we really like living at 7Seventy. The apartments are very comfortable and modern and we love the facilities (e.g. pool, gym, business center). We did the whole leasing process with Nancy Vasquez. She has been always very helpful whenever we have inquired.

I just love the building and great customer service

I highly recommend 7 Seventy Apartments. This place is always very well kept, clean, and never any disturbances. The staff is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. It is also very convenient that it is right off I-10. During traffic hour, all areas of west Houston can get a bit congested, so this is a huge plus for me. Plan on staying here for quite some time.

Been resident for 9 months and hope to continue to stay if the yearly lease is kept at same rate. The property is always kept up to date and cleaned throughout the day. The maintenance keeps great care of property and they seem to know what they are doing. I stay on the pool view and they clean the pool everyday in morning and it is crystal clear no matter winter or summer seasons. The property staff are well knowledge of the property and always welcome you in the office to talk if you have any concerning issues about the property. Parking is only for residents on floors 1-5, and every level do have signs what level they are on so you won’t get towed. All garage levels are elevator friendly through out all floors for everyone. They have pool tables, nice clean gym, and yoga room as amenities. The location is walking distance to cvs and to the entrance to bike trail park and to many other surrounding area restaurants. There is a security every night that’s comes in around 7 or 8 at night that patrols the property overnight.

I been living in this apartment for 4 years with no problems from management. The apartments are wonderful and convenient for everyone. Anything that breaks the maintenance come immediately. I give this apartment 10/10.

Amazing place! Fantastic amenities! I love the resident events the office team puts together for us!! Keeps the community vibe thing alive!! The whole team from the manager to the maintenance they are there for me anytime I’ve needed them. Even if I just want to go chit chat for a little while when they are in the office I feel comfortable knowing whoever is available will give me time. When my fridge went out, the maintenance tech came out within a couple hours and got it fixed right away! I for sure would recommend this place if someone I knew was looking for a new apartment.

So I’ve been a resident since 2016, office staff has changed, Harvey came and went, but other than dealing with the frustration of construction of the rebuild which is now finally pretty much over from what I can tell… I’ve had a great experience!! The new staff including the manager and leasing are friendly and always willing to help when needed! I’ve heard some grief about parking and towing recently by some neighbors but it seems simple to me. Just read the multiple notifications they have been sending out and there won’t be any issues. But as a resident that actually really likes where I live I thought I’d share a positive review for all the hard work this property team gives! Maintenance is superb too, they are friendly and quick to take care of my work orders.

As a current resident of this great community, I must say I enjoy living here. The management team is outstanding. They are always attentive and every time I walk into the office, they are welcoming and extend the offer to assist. Any time I have an issue with my unit, the maintenance team come to the rescue immediately. My AC unit went out ON CHRISTMAS and someone came out to fix it without hesitation. The management team is ALWAYS having functions to bring the community closer together. Gabby is a good representation of how to lead a team. She manages well and always smiling. Nancy and Chelsea are very friendly and are conversational. The amenities are open 24/7 for our convenience. We also have a workout guy that helps us with workout tips and trainings. I am new to Houston and this place is my first place of residence and I am happy to say I didn’t make a mistake.

I just have to say that this apartment and its staff is outstanding. Raven helped me in a time when I had a limited period and she did everything she could to find the best and fastest option for me to move. I really appreciate good service and good people. Im not one to write reviews but I just have never had an experience like this. I felt like I was genuinely cared about and was made a priority. I am very blessed to have met this wonderful woman when I did because she took so much stress off my shoulders and gave me such a sense of comfort in this community. Honestly this is the nicest apartment I’ve seen in a while. The residents are so helpful. Security is visible and also helpful. Raven is Amazing she’s the assistant manager and she helped me through the whole process. She expedited the process since I had to move the same week. Zabrina (the manager) was also very helpful and direct with me. I feel like I can ask her anything. Noemi (leasing consultant) also helped to make sure everything was ready before moving in! Kevin helped me to sign my lease! Honestly it was definitely a team effort! There is unity in the staff and you can really tell. They all help each other out! I just moved in yesterday and. I feel like part of the family already! Ok so about the apartment, I had 3 minor things wrong with the apartment upon moving in. For example the water filter needed to be replaced and I needed them to patch the paint on the front door. I told them at 9 am went out and by 12 all three things were done! JUST WOW! Everywhere is so clean! Even the garage! Complimentary tea and coffee! Pool and courtyard is exceptional! Honestly, I already know I will resign my lease! The business center has both iMacs and PC’s. They also have a conference room that you can reserve. Most importantly EVERYTHING except the pool is open 24/7!I LOVE THIS PLACE.

If your looking for an apartment in the Energy Corridor I recommend this beautiful midrise. They have a great management staff and I love the convenience of their attached parking garage. Right at Eldridge and I-10 but far enough back to be quiet and peaceful.

I have been here in the Houston area working on a work assignment for the last several months and haven’t had the chance to meet many people while working and traveling but I must say the girls in the office have been so friendly and have helped me so much with helping me find my way! The apartment was exactly everything I thought it would be and I am almost sad that my lease is coming to an end…….every time I have had a request the girls have made sure I am taken care of and the place overall is maintained very well….. I will definitely refer anyone from my company to this complex in the future……thanks for all you guys have done for me!!!!

I recently relocated for NC the transition has been so smooth. The staff is awesome and I looked at a lot of apartments in the energy corridor area. This was by far offering the best rates and the apartment look pretty new and clean. The only thing I wish I could change is valet trash, but after a while you get us to it. Also if your from NC, no set company*Duke power you have to research different electric companies.

This is a great apartment outside the loop in Houston. The common areas are always kept clean, it has it’s own parking garage and the staff is always super helpful and nice. You can pick from two different features (granite or quartz, glass tile or stone backsplash) for the apartment so you can pick the style you like. It’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in the area (Memorial Mall is only a 5 minute drive away). Overall it’s a great apartment!

I have lived in 7 Seventy for six months and have really enjoyed it! The building, lobby, and pool areas are beautiful, feels like living in a five star luxury resort. Everyone in the leasing and management office are extremely nice and always greet you with a smile. The building is very well maintained and clean. I always look forward to seeing the staff and maintenance crew each morning for laughs and fresh coffee in the coffee bar, much better than Starbucks. Any issues get taken care of promptly. All the tenants are very friendly, access and parking are excellent. I am having fun here and plan on staying a good while. James Trinidad is so awesome with all the residents. He is definitely customer service oriented! 🙂

Being in the heart of this desirable area, 7 Seventy is the jewel of the Energy Corridor for apartment living! From its clean, modern architectural exterior to its beautiful contemporary living spaces, 7 Seventy has definitely been the best choice for me and my family to call home! My wife and I fell in love with the complex the moment we walked in for our tour. The property was roughly 50% complete as construction was still present, but what we saw was already more than enough to convince us to sign on the dotted line! Our focus was to live somewhere brand new and was spacious enough for our infant son to grow into. We moved in at the beginning of August 2014 and have not been disappointed. The staff that works inside the leasing office are always greeting us with a smile and are very courteous and professional. If I ever have a question or concern, they are always willing to listen and act on it in a very timely manner. We’ve had our share of service requests for our unit, and the quality of work from the maintenance department has always been acceptable and completed in a timely manner. The apartment complex is a great place to live. From the 24 hour fitness center and 24 hour business center, to the comfortable community living area and pool table, 7 Seventy always has something to offer its residences. The outdoor pool and courtyard areas are definitely great spots to treat our guests, who are always impressed with where we live. Our apartment is a very spacious, two bedroom unit. We hardly ever have to turn on our lights as plenty of natural light fills our home. All of the appliances and fixtures are new and modern. High ceilings and plenty of wall space can be found in every room. My wife fell in love with the kitchen, especially the spacious counter that runs 12 feet long! Compared to our previous apartment home, we have found ourselves spending more time in our new home and cooking a lot more meals (versus the daily routine of eating out). This property offers some nice perks! The parking garage has been a nice addition to our living experience, compared to just parking your vehicle outside on a lot. The pick-up trash service is always convenient and the monthly resident activities are always a great way to meet new residents! The management tries to get a food truck to stop by at least once or twice a month. Overall, I would recommend this property (and have quite often) to anyone looking for a change of scenery in their living situation. This property and its wonderful team at the leasing center has made it easy to call 7 Seventy home for myself and my family!

I did my research so I had an idea what to look and ask for. Noise and pets being that this apartment is new it had all the bells and whistles. However, some patio don’t have storage and you aren’t guaranteed granite countertops. I ended up loving the quartz (paid less) and I actually have a view of memorial and I don’t hear noise. Overall I like the staff the apartment is awesome. Happy I made this home so far.

I have been living here at 7Seventy for 10 months and have really enjoyed my stay. Office staff very nice, especially Gabriela, Naomi, and when I first moved in Chelsea helped me out, and she was very helpful, but she has moved on, but I still wanted to mention her name. Great hospitality, beautiful property, luxury living…love it. Only thing I’d say is traffic tends to speed in garage and I think that can be controlled if they had speed bumps to slow cars down a bit, and yes there are some minor things like the neighbors upstairs stomping/walking hard but that has nothing to do with management. Maintenance is great and very efficient, friendly and very fast and responsive. Love my place but I’m moving out when lease is up due to personal reasons….I highly recommend living at the 7Seventy apartments. Great staff…Great maintenance… upscale community…..Thank you!! Pat T.

I just want to let future residents know that the staff @ 7 Seventy have treated me from the beginning with absolute respect and courtesy. I still service their property and not only have we gotten to know each other on a first name basis, they make you feel like a close family member as well. I just moved here I am a new resident and I absolutely love it great apartment that is clean and well maintained. Glad to be part of 770 and would recommend my co-workers and friends to join me here. Experiencing greatness.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and unfortunately have to move for my new job. The management and maintenance staff are amazing, friendly and extremely professional. The staff has made this place truly feel like home, they treat me as if I were family. For 3 years I’ve put in maintenance request of small things like a light out and it’s always fixed within 24hrs, typically within an hour or two. There’s a ton of apartments in this area but I promise you won’t find a staff this excellent, they’ve made my life easier and for that I’m thankful.

Tania at Smart City helped me to find this apartment complex and I’m so thankful!! I really love it here! It’s quiet, the residents are nice, and everyone who works in the office has been so helpful! If you need an apartment, I recommend living here or checking out Smart City for additional help! 🙂

Very nice apartments! My close friend moved here a couple of months ago! It’s in a great location, there are good restaurants and shopping close by!

Amazing move in experience. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to help me out virtually, gave me a tour of the complex through FaceTime, and just made the entire apartment hunting process easy on me (I was moving in from another state).

I had the privilege of staying here for 18 months and I loved staying here! The amenities are kept up and really clean. Management is quick with their responses. If I wasn’t so far from friends and family, I would have renewed my lease.

I love 7 Seventy! The amenities are great. I like the coffee maker the most, and the gym! Gabriella is amazing in the office. The entire maintenance staff is so friendly. I referred one of my friends here and she’s moving in next month. I have another good friend who also lives here and we moved from another Francis Property. I truly love living here!! The ONLY thing I could say, ONLY, and it’s a stretch, definitely not a reason to move. but it’s near a fire station. Just a detail to note when making a decision.

I’ve lived in Houston since 2014 and the resident service that I’ve received during my time here at 770 from maintenance all the way to the property manager is unmatched by any apartment complex. I’ve been a tenant for a little over 2 years and I’m still blown away at how much they genuinely care.

A really lovely peaceful and quiet surrounding. Pet friendly. Rooms have enough space. And easy to get around.

With all Amenities provided and great service for shipments customer service is always amazing they are all very helpful hostess recently they did have a convenience store but unfortunately is gone but that was one best thing other than that they offer 24hr pool table which a coffee station and private rooms including the fitness area

770 is the place to be. It is centrally located with food and fun within walking distance. The apartments do not feel like apartments, rather like a home. The parking is perfect and covered in a parking garage – don’t need an umbrella here! The facilities are phenomenal, especially the pool! The staff is amazing and the maintenance folks are the best! I wouldn’t want to live at any other apartment complex. 770 feels like home!

COVID precautions have been great. Halls and stairwells always smell clean. Mailroom is behind locked door and there’s a package locker system.The staff is amazing. Julie, Gabby, and Noemi all take great care of you tending to your residential needs. They are always polite and welcoming and give you an almost familial vibe. The amenities are always clean and presentable and the gym has pretty much everything you need for a complete workout if that’s what you’re in to. Any maintenance issues I’ve had, are taken care of almost instantly. Overall I have had an amazing experience in my 10 month stay here and highly recommend living here!!!

We just renew our lease for another 12 months. We like it here all is good management residents and location Maintenance are so good once I request something they are there.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It becomes difficult being confined to one space at times, but there’s no place I’d rather be.

Shab helped us make the decision to move here, but once we saw our apartment, the decision was made. We love where we live!

I’ve been living here since December and I’ve had nothing but a great experience. I came from an absolute terrible complex and was worried I was going to go through that again. When I moved in, they were extremely helpful and had everything ready for me. I’ve put quite a few maintenance request in that have been answered the SAME day with a solution.

The pool is extremely nice – sun screen is left out in case you need some last minute. The gym area is my favorite! Enough space to do whatever is needed. I’m getting the same workout in that I was in the gym prior to COVID. We even have spin bikes in the yoga room.

770s customer service is literally the best thing. They have gone out of their way to make sure I’m good!

Stayed here and couldn’t believe how well kept and nice the building was. It was always very peaceful, and the building was very secure. Anytime I needed help with anything Gabrielle would go above and beyond to help me. If you are looking to move to the energy corridor 7seventy is definitely the place to be!We didn’t end up signing here due to us really not finding the floor plans to make sense to us personally. That being said, it’s a lovely complex, in a lovely area, with everything so conveniently located, and absolutely amazing staff. Gabriella was the lady assisting us and she did just that. She assisted. When many of the complexes you come across, the people are trying to SELL you for their own benefit and not looking out for your interest, she was completely different. She was very kind, vocal, clear, happy, bubbly, smiley, and genuinely looked like she was having so much fun. It made the viewing experience feel so much better, especially when you’re apartment hunting and going through 3-7 apartments a week. By far she was the best person we encountered and it’s unfortunate we couldn’t sign with them. Please keep it up! People notice!!

We’ve been living here for over 2.5 years now and the people who work here are some of the nicest people and they always help us with anything that we need and answer any questions. Also the maintenance people are so nice and they’ve helped us with any maintenance issue that we’ve had in our apartment, which was 3 or 4 times over the course of 2.5 years which is amazing! And on top of the amazing staff and the maintenance crew, the apartments are luxurious and the downstairs has pool table, coffee machine that has all the coffees you can want, and the pool area gives you the feeling that you’re like in Hawaii because of all the trees and the environment. I highly recommend the 770 Apartments for anyone who’s considering moving 🙂

I have lived at 770 since before Harvey and have loved it so much! The staff has always been professional, kind, empathetic and so helpful! Julie, Noemi and Gabriela provide great communication to the residents. The maintenance staff is wonderful, timely, very trustworthy and detail oriented. They truly care about the property. I use all of the amenities frequently especially the gym and it is clean and contains every piece of equipment you would want for a great workout. The property also offers classes like boot camp free of charge to the residents. They have great community events and a food truck weekly. My apartment was beautiful and the property is in a great location. Terry Hershey Park is in walking distance and offers miles of trails for walking, running and Biking. I will miss living here very much. I am so grateful I got the opportunity. I highly recommend 770 to anyone looking for a great HOME!

I have been living here for 3 months and quite happy living here. Location is great. No noisy neighbor. The appliances were nearly brand new. No bugs no cockroaches at all! The management, and the maintenance, the apartment complex guards, all personnel are always welcome and they are problem solvers. I like the luxer one package lockers you do not need to ask your package to management, it is available for you in locker 24/7. The sports center is quite large and you can find various equipment and they are all working. There are 2 entrance and exit to/ from 770. You can use either the one at Eldridge Pkwy or Memorial Dr. So exit/ entrance is quite good. I like American billiard at the entrance and the business centers. The printer is always ready. The other residents are nice to each other as I observe. I like the water with lemon and fiber chocolate bars at the entrance on weekends. There are lots of parking lots at each floors and extra floors for your guests. Nice apartment to live in Houston, Energy Corridor.!

First let me start by saying the ladies in the leasing office are amazing! I took the apartment tour from Noemi, who was patient, kind and very helpful throughout the entire process. Gabriela (leasing agent) also helped me by answering the 1 million questions that I had that I prob should’ve asked before I moved in. The maintenance men cleared my lists of things that needed attention within 24hrs. I’m looking forward to making this place my home for the foreseeable future. Long story short they care and have excellent customer service.

My wife and I lived at 7 Seventy for two years. We recently moved because we purchased a home. This apartment complex was awesome and we are so glad we chose to live here! All the staff were always very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Such a beautiful property, 24-hour amenities, has a very nice pool and courtyard, excellent customer service and in a great location near restaurants, shopping centers, and right off I10.

We moved in a couple of months ago and so far we really like living at 7Seventy. The apartments are very comfortable and modern and we love the facilities (e.g. pool, gym, business center). We did the whole leasing process with Nancy Vasquez. She has been always very helpful whenever we have inquired.

I just love the building and great customer service

I highly recommend 7 Seventy Apartments. This place is always very well kept, clean, and never any disturbances. The staff is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. It is also very convenient that it is right off I-10. During traffic hour, all areas of west Houston can get a bit congested, so this is a huge plus for me. Plan on staying here for quite some time.

Been resident for 9 months and hope to continue to stay if the yearly lease is kept at same rate. The property is always kept up to date and cleaned throughout the day. The maintenance keeps great care of property and they seem to know what they are doing. I stay on the pool view and they clean the pool everyday in morning and it is crystal clear no matter winter or summer seasons. The property staff are well knowledge of the property and always welcome you in the office to talk if you have any concerning issues about the property. Parking is only for residents on floors 1-5, and every level do have signs what level they are on so you won’t get towed. All garage levels are elevator friendly through out all floors for everyone. They have pool tables, nice clean gym, and yoga room as amenities. The location is walking distance to cvs and to the entrance to bike trail park and to many other surrounding area restaurants. There is a security every night that’s comes in around 7 or 8 at night that patrols the property overnight.

I been living in this apartment for 4 years with no problems from management. The apartments are wonderful and convenient for everyone. Anything that breaks the maintenance come immediately. I give this apartment 10/10.

Amazing place! Fantastic amenities! I love the resident events the office team puts together for us!! Keeps the community vibe thing alive!! The whole team from the manager to the maintenance they are there for me anytime I’ve needed them. Even if I just want to go chit chat for a little while when they are in the office I feel comfortable knowing whoever is available will give me time. When my fridge went out, the maintenance tech came out within a couple hours and got it fixed right away! I for sure would recommend this place if someone I knew was looking for a new apartment.

So I’ve been a resident since 2016, office staff has changed, Harvey came and went, but other than dealing with the frustration of construction of the rebuild which is now finally pretty much over from what I can tell… I’ve had a great experience!! The new staff including the manager and leasing are friendly and always willing to help when needed! I’ve heard some grief about parking and towing recently by some neighbors but it seems simple to me. Just read the multiple notifications they have been sending out and there won’t be any issues. But as a resident that actually really likes where I live I thought I’d share a positive review for all the hard work this property team gives! Maintenance is superb too, they are friendly and quick to take care of my work orders.

As a current resident of this great community, I must say I enjoy living here. The management team is outstanding. They are always attentive and every time I walk into the office, they are welcoming and extend the offer to assist. Any time I have an issue with my unit, the maintenance team come to the rescue immediately. My AC unit went out ON CHRISTMAS and someone came out to fix it without hesitation. The management team is ALWAYS having functions to bring the community closer together. Gabby is a good representation of how to lead a team. She manages well and always smiling. Nancy and Chelsea are very friendly and are conversational. The amenities are open 24/7 for our convenience. We also have a workout guy that helps us with workout tips and trainings. I am new to Houston and this place is my first place of residence and I am happy to say I didn’t make a mistake.

I just have to say that this apartment and its staff is outstanding. Raven helped me in a time when I had a limited period and she did everything she could to find the best and fastest option for me to move. I really appreciate good service and good people. Im not one to write reviews but I just have never had an experience like this. I felt like I was genuinely cared about and was made a priority. I am very blessed to have met this wonderful woman when I did because she took so much stress off my shoulders and gave me such a sense of comfort in this community. I am very proud to now call it my home.

Honestly this is the nicest apartment I’ve seen in a while. The residents are so helpful. Security is visible and also helpful. Raven is Amazing she’s the assistant manager and she helped me through the whole process. She expedited the process since I had to move the same week. Zabrina (the manager) was also very helpful and direct with me. I feel like I can ask her anything. Noemi (leasing consultant) also helped to make sure everything was ready before moving in! Kevin helped me to sign my lease! Honestly it was definitely a team effort! There is unity in the staff and you can really tell. They all help each other out! I just moved in yesterday and. I feel like part of the family already! Ok so about the apartment, I had 3 minor things wrong with the apartment upon moving in. For example the water filter needed to be replaced and I needed them to patch the paint on the front door. I told them at 9 am went out and by 12 all three things were done! JUST WOW! Everywhere is so clean! Even the garage! Complimentary tea and coffee! Pool and courtyard is exceptional! Honestly, I already know I will resign my lease! The business center has both iMacs and PC’s. They also have a conference room that you can reserve. Most importantly EVERYTHING except the pool is open 24/7!I LOVE THIS PLACE.

I’ve been to over 50 apartments in the Energy Corridor. This one is by far the best for the money spent!!! Staff is friendly, apartments are beautiful, easy access to everything and there is a very comfortable feel about the apartment complex!!! If you want a great apartment near Katy or the Energy Corridor this is definitely it.

I have been here in the Houston area working on a work assignment for the last several months and haven’t had the chance to meet many people while working and traveling but I must say the girls in the office have been so friendly and have helped me so much with helping me find my way! The apartment was exactly everything I thought it would be and I am almost sad that my lease is coming to an end…….every time I have had a request the girls have made sure I am taken care of and the place overall is maintained very well….. I will definitely refer anyone from my company to this complex in the future……thanks for all you guys have done for me!!!!

Very pretty apartments, the area is convenient and the staff here is great!

I recently relocated for NC the transition has been so smooth. The staff is awesome and I looked at a lot of apartments in the energy corridor area. This was by far offering the best rates and the apartment look pretty new and clean. The only thing I wish I could change is valet trash, but after a while you get us to it. Also if your from NC, no set company*Duke power you have to research different electric companies.

This is a great apartment outside the loop in Houston. The common areas are always kept clean, it has it’s own parking garage and the staff is always super helpful and nice. You can pick from two different features (granite or quartz, glass tile or stone backsplash) for the apartment so you can pick the style you like. It’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in the area (Memorial Mall is only a 5 minute drive away). Overall it’s a great apartment!

I have lived in 7 Seventy for six months and have really enjoyed it! The building, lobby, and pool areas are beautiful, feels like living in a five star luxury resort. Everyone in the leasing and management office are extremely nice and always greet you with a smile. The building is very well maintained and clean. I always look forward to seeing the staff and maintenance crew each morning for laughs and fresh coffee in the coffee bar, much better than Starbucks. Any issues get taken care of promptly. All the tenants are very friendly, access and parking are excellent. I am having fun here and plan on staying a good while. James Trinidad is so awesome with all the residents. He is definitely customer service oriented! 🙂

Being in the heart of this desirable area, 7 Seventy is the jewel of the Energy Corridor for apartment living! From its clean, modern architectural exterior to its beautiful contemporary living spaces, 7 Seventy has definitely been the best choice for me and my family to call home! My wife and I fell in love with the complex the moment we walked in for our tour. The property was roughly 50% complete as construction was still present, but what we saw was already more than enough to convince us to sign on the dotted line! Our focus was to live somewhere brand new and was spacious enough for our infant son to grow into. We moved in at the beginning of August 2014 and have not been disappointed. The staff that works inside the leasing office are always greeting us with a smile and are very courteous and professional. If I ever have a question or concern, they are always willing to listen and act on it in a very timely manner. We’ve had our share of service requests for our unit, and the quality of work from the maintenance department has always been acceptable and completed in a timely manner. The apartment complex is a great place to live. From the 24 hour fitness center and 24 hour business center, to the comfortable community living area and pool table, 7 Seventy always has something to offer its residences. The outdoor pool and courtyard areas are definitely great spots to treat our guests, who are always impressed with where we live. Our apartment is a very spacious, two bedroom unit. We hardly ever have to turn on our lights as plenty of natural light fills our home. All of the appliances and fixtures are new and modern. High ceilings and plenty of wall space can be found in every room. My wife fell in love with the kitchen, especially the spacious counter that runs 12 feet long! Compared to our previous apartment home, we have found ourselves spending more time in our new home and cooking a lot more meals (versus the daily routine of eating out). This property offers some nice perks! The parking garage has been a nice addition to our living experience, compared to just parking your vehicle outside on a lot. The pick-up trash service is always convenient and the monthly resident activities are always a great way to meet new residents! The management tries to get a food truck to stop by at least once or twice a month. Overall, I would recommend this property (and have quite often) to anyone looking for a change of scenery in their living situation. This property and its wonderful team at the leasing center has made it easy to call 7 Seventy home for myself and my family!

I did my research so I had an idea what to look and ask for. Noise and pets being that this apartment is new it had all the bells and whistles. However, some patio don’t have storage and you aren’t guaranteed granite countertops. I ended up loving the quartz (paid less) and I actually have a view of memorial and I don’t hear noise. Overall I like the staff the apartment is awesome. Happy I made this home so far.

I have been living here at 7Seventy for 10 months and have really enjoyed my stay. Office staff very nice, especially Gabriela, Naomi, and when I first moved in Chelsea helped me out, and she was very helpful, but she has moved on, but I still wanted to mention her name. Great hospitality, beautiful property, luxury living…love it. Only thing I’d say is traffic tends to speed in garage and I think that can be controlled if they had speed bumps to slow cars down a bit, and yes there are some minor things like the neighbors upstairs stomping/walking hard but that has nothing to do with management. Maintenance is great and very efficient, friendly and very fast and responsive. Love my place but I’m moving out when lease is up due to personal reasons….I highly recommend living at the 7Seventy apartments. Great staff…Great maintenance… upscale community…..Thank you!! Pat T.

I don’t live on property, however I am a vendor that is contracted through 7 Seventy to do pest control. I have been doing this service on property for over a year now. Why am I writing this review? I just want to let future residents know that the staff @ 7 Seventy have treated me from the beginning with absolute respect and courtesy. I still service their property and not only have we gotten to know each other on a first name basis, they make you feel like a close family member as well. That’s how Julie, Noemie and the other leasing agents respond to your concerns. When family ask you for assistance you do it, same as 7 Seventy staff, You ask and they do it. Keep it up guys.

I have been living here for 3 months and quite happy living here. Location is great. No noisy neighbor. The appliances were nearly brand new. No bugs no cockroaches at all! The management, and the maintenance, the apartment complex guards, all personnel are always welcome and they are problem solvers. I like the Luxer One package lockers you do not need to ask your package to management, it is available for you in locker 24/7. The sports center is quite large and you can find various equipment and they are all working. There are 2 entrance and exit to/ from 770. You can use either the one at Eldridge Pkwy or Memorial Dr. So exit/ entrance is quite good. I like American billiard at the entrance and the business centers. The printer is always ready. The other residents are nice to each other as I observe. I like the water with lemon and fiber chocolate bars at the entrance on weekends. There are lots of parking lots at each floors and extra floors for your guests. Nice apartment to live in Houston, Energy Corridor.!

I highly recommend 7 Seventy Apartments. This place is always very well kept, clean, and never any disturbances. The staff is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. It is also very convenient that it is right off I-10. During traffic hour, all areas of west Houston can get a bit congested, so this is a huge plus for me. Plan on staying here for quite some time.

As a current resident of this great community, I must say I enjoy living here. The management team is outstanding. They are always attentive and every time I walk into the office, they are welcoming and extend the offer to assist. Any time I have an issue with my unit, the maintenance team come to the rescue immediately. My AC unit went out ON CHRISTMAS and someone came out to fix it without hesitation. The management team is ALWAYS having functions to bring the community closer together. Gabby is a good representation of how to lead a team. She manages well and always smiling. Nancy and Chelsea are very friendly and are conversational. The amenities are open 24/7 for our convenience. We also have a workout guy that helps us with workout tips and trainings. I am new to Houston and this place is my first place of residence and I am happy to say I didn’t make a mistake.

So I’ve been a resident since 2016, office staff has changed, Harvey came and went, but other than dealing with the frustration of construction of the rebuild which is now finally pretty much over from what I can tell… I’ve had a great experience! ! The new staff including the manager and leasing are friendly and always willing to help when needed! Ive heard some grief about parking and towing recently by some neighbors but it seems simple to me. Just read the multiple notifications they have been sending out and there won’t be any issues. But as a resident that actually really likes where I live I thought I’d share a positive review for all the hard work this property team gives! Maintenance is superb too, they are friendly and quick to take care of my work orders.
