Preventative Pest Control
We’re there BEFORE you need us!
In our continued efforts to bring you great customer service, preventative pest control treatment is available for every apartment home throughout the year, provided by Certified Pest Control, on a rotating schedule. If you need to schedule treatment outside of these pre-selected dates of service, for any unwanted pest, please contact the leasing office by the close of business EVERY Tuesday to ensure service for the following Wednesday.

Please remember to immediately clean up after your pet. We have provided “doggie bags” in various locations of our community. As an added bonus, we even have a “Dog Park” for your furry family memmber to enjoy. While you are out on property, please be sure to bring a small disposable bag with you to ensure waste pick-up. You can then dispose of it properly in one of our pet waste collection stations.
Door Step Trash Collection
For your convenience, Sunday through Thursday from 6PM-8PM
Bag and tie your trash and place it in your provided waste container outside of your apartment home and a member of “Valet Waste” will collect your trash promptly at 8pm! For more information about time collection and valet waste guidelines.

To help reduce vehicle overcrowding, we have issued parking permits here at 7 Seventy. If you do not have a parking permit, please stop by the leasing office to pick one up. We issue one parking permit to every apartment home. Maximum amount is 2. The 6th and 7th level of the parking garage is dedicated to guests and resident overflow.
From the 6th level, your guests can page you through the call box to allow entry.
We have a 24 hour permit parking area patrol team. Don’t risk your vehicle being towed.

We know you’re excited about your special deliveries and our dedicated team is here to intercept your packages when you are unavailable! In an effort to provide you great residential service, we can even bring your package into your apartment home! Simply call the leasing office and create a work order and we will do the rest!

Leash Law Reminder
If you love them, keep them close…When it comes to walking your dog, it is imperative that every pet owner use a leash when outside, everytime. If you are traveling from the “Bark Park”, you must keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Using a leash every time is being a responsible pet owner, and it is the law. Owners of unleashed pets can be fined $100 for each occurrence.
Non-compliance reports can be sent to email@example.com. If you wish to send us information regarding an unleashed pet, please include a description of the pet and the owner. As a reminder, all reports are kept confidential.
