Vive la France, 7 Seventy!
Le Mistral, from Chef David Denis, has lit up the Houston dining scene since 2001, growing from a tiny dining room into an authentic tour of France.
All regions are represented here, from light Provencal to rich Parisian concoctions. Signature dishes include salad with blueberry balsamic vinaigrette, rack of lamb and osso bucco, and lamb and spinach ravioli. Dessert brings crepes and crème brulee (of course), along with some surprises.
